HRTech platform GetWork appoints industry veterans Dr. Anuj Kacker and Chirag Mittal

Gurugram-based AI-powered HRtech platform GetWork has appointed  Dr. Anuj Kacker and Chirag Mittal as its strategic consultants.

Dr. Anuj Kacker brings over 40 years of leadership experience, of which the last 21 years have been in the education and training industry with Aptech Ltd. With a keen focus on new-age technology trends, including AI, he will be instrumental in leveraging emerging tech at  GetWork to enhance matchmaking between employers and graduates, improve hiring efficiency and scale the reach of the platform.

On the other hand, Chirag Mittal is a serial entrepreneur, renowned for building and scaling multiple businesses in the HRTech and B2B service domains. He is the Founder & CEO of Gigforce, a tech-enabled on-demand staffing platform.

A graduate with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, he brings deep expertise in technology-driven workforce solutions, which will play a pivotal role in GetWork’s product innovation, operational scaling, and creating sustainable growth strategies in the competitive HRTech space.
