Located at Surana Supremus on Udhna Magdalla Road, the 10,000 sq ft facility represents a significant investment in the city’s innovation infrastructure.

The centre features a 280-seat coworking space designed for startups, MSMEs, and enterprises, offering flexible workspaces and access to IA’s mentor and investor network. The facility blends modern design with functionality, including high-speed internet, ergonomic workstations, soundproof pods, breakout zones, and tech-enabled meeting rooms equipped with advanced audiovisual systems.

It also integrates smart infrastructure such as IoT-enabled lighting and climate control, touchless access, and AI-driven meeting room management. Founders will have access to hybrid conferencing rooms, podcast studios, and innovation pods for brainstorming, product demos, and content creation.

“Our mission is to accelerate startup growth in South Gujarat by providing structured guidance and resources,” said Dharmesh Mehta, Director, Surat Startup Centre. “From legal and accounting to marketing, media, and fundraising, our centre allows founders to focus fully on building and scaling their ventures.”

With this launch, IA plans to incubate 50-60 startups annually, providing structured programs, funding opportunities, and national exposure. The centre will also host demo days, networking sessions, and founder meetups to foster collaboration among entrepreneurs, investors, and corporate partners.

“India is now the third-largest startup ecosystem globally, and innovation is no longer limited to metros. Surat, with its entrepreneurial heritage and growing talent pool, deserves a national-level accelerator. Our centre will help transform local ideas into scalable, impactful ventures,” said Ashish Bhatia, Founder & CEO, India Accelerator.
