Indian AI-driven hiring platform GetWork announced its expansion to Switzerland, marking a significant milestone in the company's journey of breaking geographical barriers in connecting students, universities and employer companies through its AI-based recruitment technology.

GetWork said the expansion was made possible with the support of Innovaud, Trust Village and Swiss Business Hub India. Innovaud and Trust Village recognised the transformative potential of GetWork and selected the company for the Soft Landing Program at EPFL (École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne).

As part of the program, the company now operates from a dedicated office in Switzerland, located at the unlimitrust Campus and benefits from a structured 6+6 month co-working setup designed to support high-growth startups.

What does GetWork do?

Started in 2019, GetWork aims to bridge the gap between students, colleges and employers by leveraging the power of intelligent hiring solutions. The platform leverages Generative AI to revolutionise the hiring process. It filters out irrelevant candidates, automates calls, conducts AI-proctored assessments, schedules interviews, and follows up—saving recruiters over 100 hours a week.

Its GenAI-powered Horizon AI acts as a copilot for job seekers, offering mock interviews, personalized upskilling suggestions, and more—especially empowering candidates from Tier 2 and 3 cities and colleges.

Since 2019, it has enabled over 50,000 placements through a network of 900+ enterprise partners, including HDFC, Sharekhan, Motilal Oswal, and Aditya Birla Group.

"This expansion is more than a milestone; it’s a catalyst for creating revolutionary impact. Our platform has become a key enabler for the Indian universities to offer global work opportunities to their students, while global institutions can connect their talent with future-ready companies through AI-driven precision hiring," said Rahul Veerwal, Founder & CEO of GetWork.
