Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma partners with Pune-based Fittr

Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma has partnered with Pune-based fitness startup Fittr to introduce the Fittr Hart ring.

According to the startup, the innovative smart ring aims to make health tracking a seamless part of daily life, bringing personalised and engaging fitness solutions to millions of Indians.

What is Fittr Hart Ring?

Fittr said the Hart ring monitors various health metrics, including daily steps, sleep quality, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen levels (SpO2), recovery, stress levels, skin temperature, and even VO2 max. 

It provides real-time insights into an individual's health, making it easier for users to make informed decisions about their well-being.

The ring also adapts to the user by setting personalised goals based on recovery patterns and overall health, it said.

What did Rohit Sharma say about the partnership?
