IndiQube, a homegrown tech enabled workspace solutions platform, announced its expansion into Bhubaneswar, Odisha, marking its 17th city of operations across India.

The latest launch makes Bhubaneswar IndiQube’s second city in East India after Kolkata, further strengthening the company’s pan India footprint and reinforcing its commitment to building scalable workspaces in emerging markets.

The new center spanning over 45,000 sq. ft. is located in Patia, Infocity, a key business district and one of Bhubaneswar’s most prominent IT and commercial hubs. With this expansion, IndiQube continues to deepen its presence in high-potential Tier II cities.

Commenting on the expansion, Rishi Das, Co-founder and CEO, IndiQube, said: “East India represents a significant growth frontier for IndiQube, and Bhubaneswar is a natural next step in that journey. The city is at an inflection point, transitioning into a credible enterprise and technology hub, backed by strong infrastructure with upcoming metro and policy support. Our expansion here reinforces our long-term commitment to building a robust presence in the region and enabling enterprises to scale efficiently beyond traditional metros while tapping into emerging talent markets.”

Meghna Agarwal, Co-founder, IndiQube, added: “The rise of Tier II cities like Bhubaneswar reflects a larger Bharat story, where talent, ambition, and enterprise growth are becoming increasingly decentralized. As organizations rethink their workspace location strategies amidst the evolving talent migration patterns, our presence in emerging cities like Bhubaneswar will play a critical role in enabling ease of doing business, enhancing workspace productivity while providing a consistent employee experience.”

The expansion comes more than two months after IndiQube announced its Q2FY26 results. For the September quarter, IndiQube recorded total income of Rs 367 crore under Ind AS and Rs 360 crore under IGAAP equivalent.

Revenue from operations in Q2 FY26 was Rs 354 crore under IGAAP equivalent. On profitability, the company reported a Q2 profit after tax of Rs 28 crore under IGAAP-equivalent reporting, compared with an Ind AS loss of Rs 30 crore for the quarter.

Recently, BlackRock's India arm BlackRock Services India signed a 10-year lease for 143,127 square feet at IndiQube Symphony on MG Road in Bengaluru’s central business district.
