Indian IT giant Infosys said it has entered into a strategic collaboration with Danske Bank with the aim to expedite the bank's digital transformation efforts on a large scale.
As part of the partnership, The company said the aim is to help Danske Bank achieve its goals of improving customer experiences, operational efficiency and modernizing its technology infrastructure using cutting-edge solutions.
Danske Bank, headquartered in Denmark, offers a range of banking services to individuals, businesses, large corporations, and institutions.
Additionally, Infosys will also acquire Danske Bank's IT centre in India, which currently employs more than 1,400 employees.
The IT giant will also work on enhancing Danske Bank's IT operations and capabilities through the utilization of Infosys Topaz, an AI-driven suite of services, solutions, and platforms. It will also contribute its expertise in experience design and operational support services to drive the bank's digital transformation.
