Jaipur-based, NeoDove a sales and marketing automation platform for  SMEs (Small and Medium enterprise ) raises fresh funding of $1.5 million in a seed funding round led by India quotient. Other angle investors including Sumit Agarwal, Founder, Vyapar, and Ankit Garg, Founder, WakeFit were also seen in participation.

Neodove is a privately held firm that was set up by Arpit Khandelwal in the year 2020. Currently, The company has a workforce of 11-50 employees who are managing the operation of the platform. Since it got set up it shows very eye-catching growth that is making investors invest in the company.

NeoDove is a localized mobile app/web-based communication solution that provides 360 cloud-based solutions that enable SME sales teams to communicate with potential customers. It let noot sales teams break contact with customers according to firms customer retention rate went up since they have subscribed NeoDove’s communication service.

in One of the interviews, the founder of the platform said the latest funding will be utilized for developing new products and accelerate overseas expansion as well as will increase market share by taking more customers on board.

He said COVID19 gave us an opportunity as face-to-face interaction with customers was not possible due to nationwide lockdown during the pandemic our platform backed up firms and helped them to re-establish a relationship with customers whom firms lost due to lack of communication.

Arpit was an ex-Ola exec and is an IIT Bombay alumnus who founded NeoDove in January 2020 along with Ankit Kumar Agarwal, who had earlier worked with CarDekho and Cvent.

The startup explains that in a short span of 12 months, the platform noticing more than five million interactions every month, with customers spending close to six hours every on its mobile app.
