JetSynthesys, the digital interactive entertainment and video gaming company, has acquired EverMerge, a popular casual mobile game, from Big Fish Games Inc, a subsidiary of Aristocrat Leisure Limited.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
Launched five years ago, EverMerge is a leading title in the merge puzzle category and claims to have generated more than $350 million in lifetime revenue. The game ranks among the top 100 highest-grossing mobile games globally and continues to report strong daily active users and retention. Its player base is largely concentrated in the US and Western Europe, where engagement levels have remained stable over time.
JetSynthesys has acquired 100% ownership of EverMerge and has migrated the title globally to its own iOS and Google Play stores. The company plans to scale the franchise across developed Western markets as well as high-growth regions such as India, where mobile gaming adoption has accelerated in recent years.
It intends to leverage its capabilities in community-led engagement, brand partnerships, and data-driven user acquisition to support the game’s expansion into new markets. The company plans to retain much of the existing EverMerge team while integrating Indian talent across functions such as engineering.
Rajan Navani, Chairman & MD of JetSynthesys, said, “At a time when India is recognizing the potential of the orange economy, pioneered by JetSynthesys, this acquisition is an important milestone. EverMerge’s success across Western markets presents an incredible opportunity to expand its universe and introduce it to new audiences.”
“We see tremendous potential in bridging global IPs with local insights, and our goal is to make EverMerge resonate with players across emerging markets like India through unique cultural storytelling, engagement, and technology-led innovation.”
Ryo Shima, Global Gaming CEO, JetSynthesys added, “We look forward to continuing to serve EverMerge’s global player community by investing in the game, expanding its content, and delivering fresh experiences that keep the gameplay fun, engaging, and evolving over time. This acquisition reinforces our long-term commitment to players while accelerating JetSynthesys’ journey toward becoming a leading global games company”
Founded in 2014, JetSynthesys operates across video gaming, esports, and digital content, with a presence in more than 180 countries. In recent years, the company has expanded its portfolio through acquisitions, including a majority stake in creator monetisation platform Fanory, as well as earlier investments in Skyesports and Nautilus Mobile, as it builds a diversified and globally connected digital entertainment platform.
