L&T Technology Services joins hands with IIT Hyderabad to drive advancements in ADAS, C2VX communication

L&T Technology Services Limited (LTTS) and the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad) have entered a strategic partnership to advance technologies in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Cellular Vehicle-to-Everything (C2VX) communication.

The partnership aims to bring together industry and academic expertise to foster innovation and development in these crucial domains, significantly impacting the automotive landscape by integrating cutting-edge technologies.

Facilitating research and application of ADAS, C2VX

The collaboration is designed to facilitate research and application of ADAS and C2VX technologies with a focus on improving road safety, efficiency, and the overall driving experience.

The project will explore the development of state-of-the-art features within ADAS, such as collision avoidance, lane departure warning, pedestrian detection, and adaptive cruise control.

Additionally, it will integrate AI-driven algorithms and sensor technologies to enhance real-time hazard recognition and response capabilities.

The research will also delve into robust communication frameworks for C2VX communication, essential for the intelligent transportation system.
