MagicFleet, the logistics vertical launched by hyperlocal commerce platform Magicpin, has surpassed one million monthly deliveries less than a year after its launch. The company now aims to double its delivery volume to two million by the end of fiscal year 2026.
Launched in September 2024, MagicFleet positions itself as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) logistics infrastructure for micro and small logistics entrepreneurs. The company claims to have onboarded more than 100,000 delivery partners and is currently operational in seven major metropolitan areas: Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and Mumbai.
The platform is integrated with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) and Magicpin's demand engine, enabling local fleet operators—some with as few as 10 riders—to scale efficiently and serve hyperlocal needs. “We are already among the top three food delivery players in the country, and building logistics capabilities is a natural progression to drive more business to our merchant partners,” said Anshoo Sharma, co-founder and chief executive of Magicpin.
According to Sharma, MagicFleet delivers 1.4 million orders per month across its operational footprint, placing it among the top five hyperlocal logistics players in India.
MagicFleet combines proprietary artificial intelligence tools with on-ground logistics management. Key features include automated smart rider allocation, real-time fleet tracking, dynamic surge pricing, support for return-to-origin (RTO) and cash-on-delivery (CoD), and end-to-end operational visibility.
The company also offers a rider companion app, allowing fleet franchises to onboard, manage, and compensate riders with daily payouts processed within 24 working hours. Riders receive a combination of competitive base pay, performance-linked bonuses, and access to consistent order volume through the ONDC network.
The platform operates on a franchise model, supporting hyperlocal service efficiency by targeting delivery density at the neighborhood and pin-code level—an approach designed to boost customer satisfaction and fleet profitability alike.
Magicpin sees the development of MagicFleet as not only a strategic diversification into logistics but also a backbone for unlocking new merchant revenue streams in India’s expanding quick-commerce economy.
