Nijil George brings over 21 years of experience in operations, having held key leadership roles at well-known companies such as Amazon and Marico.

His extensive background in scaling operations, process excellence, and strategic sourcing positions him as a valuable addition to MediBuddy’s leadership team.

In his new position, George will oversee crucial operational initiatives at MediBuddy, including expanding the company’s network, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing costs. He will also focus on building a culture of executional excellence, which aligns with MediBuddy’s mission to provide high-quality healthcare services to a billion people.

George's prior experience

Nijil George is an alumnus of the Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon, and he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive transformative results throughout his career. At Amazon India, he played a pivotal role in enhancing operational productivity and launched a voice assistant-based training program to improve onboarding during peak periods.

At Marico, George was recognized for his innovative approach to commodity forecasting, which earned him the prestigious Marico Innovation Award.
