Merisis Group’s ValueBridge Capital acquires Boon Capital to strengthen early-stage fundraising advisory

ValueBridge Capital, part of the Merisis Group, has acquired Boon Capital, an early-stage investment banking firm specializing in venture funding.

The acquisition brings on board Garima Seth, Founder & Managing Director of Boon Capital, along with her team, further strengthening Merisis Group’s commitment to working with startups across their journey from an early stage to growth stage and beyond.
