MSME Minstry prompts startup ideas to fund up to INR 15 lakh

The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) has invited startups, innovators, technocrats, MSMEs and others to fund support services of up to INR 15 lakh per approved idea through the business incubators they have selected.

As part of the program to support the entrepreneurial and operational development of MSMEs by incubators, the incubators or host institutions (HI) approved for the program are supported by the MSME office of the Development Commissioner.

The funding is intended to enable MSMEs to develop innovative solutions while at the same time looking for local solutions to local problems. The focal points of the ideas include:

Water recycling technologies

Recycling household wastewater

Development of weakly water-intensive seeds

To control leaks in the supply chain

Alternatives to plastic

Management of electronic waste disposal

Use of crop residues

Promote the consumption of biofuels
