Myntra appoints ex-Google and Instacart executive Pramod Adiddam as CTO

Pramod Adiddam

Fashion ecommerce major Myntra has appointed Pramod Adiddam as its chief technology officer (CTO).

Adiddam will report to CEO Nandita Sinha and oversee Myntra’s overall technology strategy, with a focus on innovation, platform resilience and long-term technology capability.

Adiddam brings more than two decades of experience in building and operating large consumer-facing technology platforms. Before joining Myntra, he served as vice president and head of engineering at US-based grocery delivery platform Instacart, where he spent five years leading global engineering teams across platform development, marketplace expansion and product innovation.

Prior to that, he spent over 11 years at Google, most recently as head of engineering. His background includes architecting large-scale commerce systems, scaling multi-billion-dollar marketplace engines and working with advanced agentic models.

“As Myntra continues to grow in scale and depth of offerings, Pramod’s expertise in building and operating large, global platforms and his ability to combine deep technical understanding with disciplined execution will be key as we continue to strengthen our technology foundations at scale,” Sinha said.

The appointment follows the exit of Myntra’s former chief technology and product officer Raghu Krishnananda, who stepped down in April last year after a five-year stint. It is also the second senior leadership hire by Myntra this year, after the appointment of Ritesh Mishra as senior vice president and head of category and revenue last month.

On the financial front, the Bengaluru-based company reported a sharp improvement in profitability in FY25. Net profit rose nearly 18 times to Rs 548 crore, compared with Rs 31 crore in the previous fiscal year. Revenue from operations increased 18% year-on-year to Rs 6,043 crore from Rs 5,122 crore in FY24.
