Myntra, a leading Indian apparel marketplace owned by Flipkart, has ventured into the quick commerce arena with a pilot service named 'M-Now.'
Operational in select Bengaluru pincodes, this service aims to deliver products within 30 minutes to 2 hours, a significant leap from traditional delivery models.
Myntra's spokesperson emphasized the company's focus on enhancing customer experience, stating, "We launched M-Express earlier to improve speed and are now piloting faster delivery in limited areas. Based on the insights, we will consider a formal rollout."
The initiative expands upon the company's 'M-Express' feature, which already offers delivery within 24-48 hours for certain categories.
Quick commerce trend gains momentum
Ecommerce platforms are increasingly adopting quick delivery services as consumers show a growing preference for bundling non-essentials like apparel and accessories with their grocery purchases.
This trend has spurred companies to accelerate delivery timelines to remain competitive against platforms specializing in groceries and essentials.
M-Now currently features brands such as Mochi, Wrangler, Metro, Being Human, and Lavie, enabling customers to access these products with unprecedented speed.
