In the startup capital of India, Bengaluru, a simple act of sharing ice cream has captured the hearts of many.
Akshata Murty, the First Lady of the United Kingdom, recently took a moment to enjoy the sweeter side of life with her father, NR Narayana Murthy, the billionaire co-founder of Infosys.
Their choice of spot? The Corner House in Jayanagar, where the duo dressed in casual attire, were seen relishing their ice creams. The family outing was part of Akshata Murty's visit to Bengaluru.
'Place was packed.... they came quietly and bought their ice creams..... fortunately the staff recognised them and got them chairs.... they were gracious with being clicked,' A user named Meghna Girish wrote in a post on X while sharing the duo photo.

The Murthy family came together in Bengaluru for the launch of "An Uncommon Love: The Early Life of Sudha and Narayana Murthy," a book by Chitra Banerjee Divakaruni that chronicles the couple's journey from their first meeting to their marriage.
The event, which took place at St Joseph's College of Commerce, saw Narayana Murthy and Sudha Murty sharing their love story with the audience, accompanied by their son Rohan, Akshata, and her daughters Anoushka and Krishna.
The story of Narayana and Sudha Murthy is an example of love and determination, which began in the early 1970s and led to their marriage in 1978 amidst the challenges of Narayana Murthy's entrepreneurial ventures.
