Nexus Venture Partners closes its largest-ever fund at $700M to invest in Indian & US startups

Venture capital firm Nexus Venture Partners today announced the closure of its largest-ever fund at $700 million to invest in startups based in India and the United Nations.

According to the statement, The VC firm will primarily invest in sectors including AI, SaaS, Fintech, and Commerce. Concluding the current fund, the firm will now have $2 billion in assets under management.

Founded by Suvir Sujan, Naren Gupta, and Sandeep Singhal, Nexus VP is an Indian venture capital firm that primarily invests in consumer enterprise and fintech startups based in India and the United States. It has offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Silicon Valley (US).

India is emerging as a key innovation and talent hub for global companies driving AI and software revolution. India is also amongst the fastest-growing economies on the planet, with accelerating digital consumption powered by best-in-class mobile data networks and advanced payments infrastructure, the firm said in a statement.
