Founded in 2018 by Vivek Narain and Sonya Jehan, Quorum Club is a subscription-based, members-only lifestyle hospitality brand. It encompasses three distinct brands: Quorum, District 150, and Business Quarter, offering a mix of social club amenities, event spaces, and coworking facilities. Currently, it operates clubs in Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Mumbai, with plans to expand further.

Focused on expansion

Quorum Club aims to broaden its presence across India, targeting cities like Bengaluru, Goa, and Delhi for new clubs. The expansion includes enhancing its coworking space portfolio under The Business Quarter brand, with significant seat increases in Hyderabad and Mumbai clubs.

Additionally, District 150 is set to develop 8-10 new assets in partnership with leading developers, focusing on meeting and event spaces.

What does this mean for Quorum Club?

The investment and expansion plans signal a significant growth phase for Quorum Club. With a current membership base of around 2,800, including high-profile entrepreneurs and C-suite executives, the brand aims to diversify its membership to include social media influencers and creative professionals.

Vivek Narain, co-founder and CEO, emphasized the club's vision for a diverse membership base and outlined its financial growth, with top-line growth of 70% to 80% over the last two-and-a-half years.

Abhijeet Pai, Co-founder and Partner, Gruhas, said, "We're pleased to have invested with The Quorum Club and Vivek's vision as they are embarking on the next phase of growth. The Quorum and district150 are uniquely positioned between hospitality, art & culture, wellness, community, and design at its core. With this differentiated positioning and diversified income streams, we believe they are poised to become a meaningful player in the lifestyle, work and culture space."
