Proptech unicorn NoBroker has unveiled ConvoZen.AI, a conversational AI platform aimed at helping businesses monitor and automate their customer interactions.
The platform is now available as a software-as-a-service product and has already been adopted by around 20 clients across different industries, including banking and financial services, education, healthcare, automotive, real estate, travel and e-commerce.
Key features and languages
ConvoZen.AI comes with both voice and non-voice agents that can converse in multiple languages, including English, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada. It also offers low-latency, human-like voice agents capable of transcribing calls and generating insights for better sales conversions and compliance checks.
By relying on a blend of in-house models and larger foundational models from partners such as Google, the platform can analyse data in nine Indic languages. It offers a custom-built telephony stack for voice interactions and has been tested on more than 45,000 hours of contact center conversations.
Use cases and clients
NoBroker has demonstrated ConvoZen.AI’s abilities at companies such as Cars24, Lendingkart, LeapScholar, Tata AIG, TBO Tek and Cureskin. These businesses have seen improvements in cost reduction, sales efficiency, compliance and quality assurance.
ConvoZen.AI also includes a range of tools, such as automated quality checks, agent coaching and analytics, which help large customer-facing teams track performance and identify areas of improvement.
Technology and evolution
The platform builds on NoBroker’s previous conversational AI solution, CallZen.AI, introduced over a year ago. ConvoZen.AI goes a step further by offering expanded features like advanced voice agents and real-time monitoring.
Akhil Gupta, co-founder and chief product and technology officer of NoBroker, said the startup has been working on AI and machine learning since 2017, initially to transcribe its own customer calls.
Over time, the company developed small language models to handle Indian accents and local dialects, eventually creating the foundation for ConvoZen.AI. Gupta believes artificial intelligence is now essential for customer engagement rather than a luxury.
Partnerships and future plans
NoBroker has partnered with Google and Microsoft to distribute ConvoZen.AI as independent software vendors and plans to open-source select Indic models for customer support use cases. The startup views the integration of AI in call centers and customer service as critical for businesses in India’s diverse market.
Gupta noted that the platform’s agentic AI capabilities enable real-time decision-making, such as automatically removing a rental property from its listings when a human agent or a customer indicates it is no longer available.
Founded in 2014 by Akhil Gupta, Saurabh Garg and Amit Agarwal, NoBroker is known for its property listings platform that lets people buy, rent or list real estate without paying brokerage fees. It also offers services like packers and movers, rental agreements, and home cleaning.
