NSDC International (NSDCI), a subsidiary of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), has partnered with The Adecco Group, a global workforce solutions company.

According to the company's statement, the partnership aims to enhance international mobility for skilled, certified Indian candidates, tapping into the potential of India's youth and leveraging the strengths of both organizations.

The vision and focus sectors

The partnership will focus on addressing the global demand for skilled professionals. It focuses on promoting employment for qualified Indian candidates in countries like Germany, Spain, Canada, and Australia. Key sectors include Healthcare, IT & Engineering, and Logistics, among others identified collaboratively. This initiative will create pathways for skilled Indians to access international job opportunities.
