Technological advancements and benefits

BluSmart’s technology includes a predictive analytics model that can forecast real-time demand for its services.

The model provides critical insights into peak demand periods, allowing driver-partners to be strategically positioned to meet demand efficiently.

The system also addresses the common issue of range anxiety among EV users by matching rides based on the vehicle's current charge level and the availability of nearby charging stations.

As a result, BluSmart drivers are able to arrive on time or early for 97% of trips, enhancing the overall customer experience.

The patented technology is a major milestone for BluSmart, solidifying its position as an innovator in sustainable urban transportation. By optimizing the utilisation of its fleet and charging infrastructure, BluSmart is driving greater adoption of electric vehicles in key markets such as Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, and Dubai.

This, in turn, contributes significantly to reducing carbon emissions and promotes sustainable transportation solutions in India and beyond.

Rishabh Sood, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of BluSmart said, “The patent granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is a significant milestone for BluSmart, highlighting our technological prowess and innovation-led approach in the EV ride-hailing industry. This technology allows us to optimize utilization of our fleet and charging infra. This patent is a validation of our commitment to drive innovation and enhance the customer experience by ensuring optimal allocation of EVs, timely pick-ups, and efficient service.”
