In a recent episode of 'Shark Tank India' Season 3, Orbo, a startup leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and augmented reality (AR) in the cosmetics industry, negotiated a Rs 1 crore investment from Vineeta Singh, CEO of Sugar Cosmetics.

Orbo's founders, Manoj Shinde, Danish Jamil, and Abhit Sinha, presented their company's vision to the 'Shark Tank India' judges, highlighting how their AI and AR technologies could transform the consumer experience in the cosmetics industry.

They showcased solutions like Beauty GPT and Smart Beauty Mirror, aimed at offering personalized beauty consultations and enabling virtual product try-ons.

Focused on personalization and accessibility

Founded in 2019, Orbo has been at the forefront of integrating AI and AR to offer personalized beauty experiences. Their technology suite includes features for skin analysis, virtual makeup trials, and hairstyle and color simulation, designed to make beauty product selection more personalized and accessible from home.
