Paul Bros Consulting LLP today announced the first close of its angel fund, GrowUp Venture Fund, which has been registered as a Category-I Alternative Investment Fund (AIF).

With a target corpus of Rs 25 crore, the fund is focused on investing in high-potential, women-led, and early-stage startups. Structured with a 25-year tenure, the GrowUp Venture Fund seeks to provide long-term capital along with strategic guidance to innovative ventures that demonstrate strong growth potential.

The fund requires a minimum investor commitment of Rs 15 lakh. It is expected to attract participation from seasoned angel investors, family offices, and veteran stakeholders in the startup ecosystem, thereby creating a robust platform for collaborative value creation.
