India's Persistent partners with AWS to accelerate GenAI adoption

Persistent Systems, a company in digital engineering and enterprise modernization, has entered into a multi-year strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon-owned Amazon Web Services (AWS).

According to the company's statement, the partnership aims to fast-track the development and innovation of generative AI solutions for clients. Persistent, a long-standing AWS Partner, has been at the forefront of adopting generative AI across various industries, utilizing tools like Amazon CodeWhisperer and Amazon Bedrock.

Enhancing client impact with AWS

The company said the partnership will amplify its impact on its clients who are adopting generative AI. It will also gain additional resources to create proofs of concept, aiding clients in realizing tangible business outcomes from generative AI. 

This includes use case discovery and rapid solution development, supported by go-to-market funds from AWS, the company said adding that clients will benefit from early access to AWS’s generative AI services and investments, enhancing growth, market speed, and customer experience.

The combined strengths of AWS and Persistent are expected to significantly enhance the value delivered to their joint clients. This partnership will unlock the full potential of clients' technology investments, leveraging the latest in generative AI.
