Eyewear retailer Lenskart reported a strong performance in the third quarter of FY26, supported by both sequential and year-on-year growth, even as it continued to deploy capital into acquisitions.
The company's revenue from operations rose 38.3% year-on-year to Rs 2,308 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 1,669 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, according to its financial statement. On a sequential basis, revenue increased 10.1% from Rs 2,096 crore in Q2 FY26. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue grew 28% to Rs 6,298 crore from Rs 4,925 crore a year earlier.
India accounted for 60% of total revenue at Rs 1,385 crore, while international markets contributed 40% at Rs 936 crore. Inter-segment revenue stood at -Rs 13.49 crore. Other income of Rs 40 crore took total income for the quarter to Rs 2,348 crore.
Net profit surged 71.6x to Rs 132.7 crore in Q3 FY26 from Rs 1.85 crore a year earlier. On a sequential basis, profit rose about 29% from Rs 103 crore in Q2 FY26. Profit attributable to owners of the parent stood at Rs 131 crore in Q3, up 28.2% quarter-on-quarter from Rs 102 crore.
On the cost side, material costs accounted for 33% of total expenses and rose 31% year-on-year to Rs 717 crore. Employee benefit expenses increased 62.5% to Rs 528 crore. Total expenses rose 28% to Rs 2,163 crore in Q3 FY26.
The company also expanded through acquisitions. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Lenskart Singapore Pte. Ltd., acquired an 84.21% stake in Stellio Ventures S.L for Rs 410.27 crore, including deferred consideration of Rs 52.36 crore payable to the founders within three years and 45 days from August 11, 2025.
It increased its stake in QuantDuo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. to 96.57% with an additional 79.19% acquisition for Rs 11.40 crore. It invested Rs 21.50 crore for a 5.05% stake in Dimension NXG Pvt. Ltd., classified as an associate.
Lenskart Singapore also acquired a 21.60% stake in iiNeer Co. Ltd. for Rs 12.67 crore, with an agreement to purchase an additional 7.60% stake, also classified as an associate.
