The company said the newly launched school aims to redefine educational norms by emphasizing "all-inclusive education, innovation, and culture." The school's curriculum is designed to foster experiential learning, with a strong focus on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and initiatives like Model United Nations (MUN).

The approach aims to prepare students for a future of limitless possibilities, moving beyond conventional career paths, it said.

Focusing on safe and nurturing environment

PW Gurukulam said it is committed to creating a secure learning environment for its students, adopting a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying.

The school's ethos is to cultivate well-rounded individuals who are not only academically proficient but also compassionate and respectful towards others.

The rise of offline learning

The launch of PW Gurukulam comes in the wake of the pandemic-led boom in online education, with Physics Wallah experiencing a significant surge in online learning enrollments. However, the company has also seen substantial growth in its offline ventures, with offline centres contributing 40% to its revenue in 2023.

How well PW is growing financially?

In the financial year 2022-23, the company's revenue from operations soared to Rs 771.76 crore, up from Rs 232.47 crore in the previous fiscal year.

Despite a slight decrease in adjusted EBITDA from Rs 134 crore in FY22 to Rs 127 crore in FY23, the company's expansion into physical schools highlights its ongoing innovation and dedication to enhancing educational opportunities in India.
