PM to distribute more than 51,000 appointment letters under Rozgar Mela

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be distributing more than 51,000 appointment letters to newly inducted recruits on 28th August, 2023 via video conferencing

The Rozgar Mela will be held at 45 locations across the country, to recruit personnel in various central armed police forces (CAPFs)

The positions available are Constable (General Duty), Sub-Inspector (General Duty) and Non-General Duty Cadre Posts in various organisations under the Ministry of Home Affairs

Through this Rozgar Mela event, the new recruits will be able to aid in internal security, counter terrorism, combating insurgency, anti-left-wing extremism and protecting the borders of the nation

The new recruits will also be given an opportunity to train themselves through Karmayogi Prarambh, an online module on iGOT Karmayogi portal, with more than 673 e-learning courses available for ‘anywhere any device’ learning format
