Leadership comments

Tushar Mehta, Co-Founder and COO of Zypp Electric, said, “With its presence across 20 cities, the Porter Enterprise partnership has contributed significantly to our pan-India expansion.”

Phaneesh Prakash, General Manager, Porter Enterprise, said, “True to our promise, we want to bring ease and reliability to all brands out there looking to efficiently operate their logistics. Thanks to the entire team at Zypp for trusting us and giving us the opportunity to add value to the logistics ecosystem.”

Focused on sustainable delivery

The partnership aligns with a broader industry shift towards electric vehicles (EVs) in logistics, which aims to reduce carbon emissions. Zypp Electric's announcement of deploying one lakh electric scooters by 2024, in collaboration with Zomato, underscores this green movement.

Major delivery platforms like Swiggy, Amazon, and Big Basket are also transitioning to EVs, with targets for the next few years.
