ProHance appoints Saurabh Sharma as Senior VP of Growth and Demand Generation

ProHance today announced the appointment of Saurabh Sharma as the Senior Vice President (SVP) - Growth and Demand Generation.

As part of the joining, Saurabh will spearhead initiatives aimed at accelerating ProHance’s growth trajectory. His primary focus will be on enhancing the Demand Generation and Marketing strategies, as well as accelerating the ‘land and expand’ strategy for the company, the company said in a release.

Focused on expanding internationally

ProHance is a global workforce management company and is currently focused on expanding internationally across key industry verticals of IT Services, BPO, Healthcare, GCC Shared Services, and BFSI in the US.

Ankur Dhingra, CEO of ProHance, said, “ProHance is well-positioned to provide a leading solution in this space. We look forward to deepening our presence in India, the Philippines, and the US. We also have aggressive growth plans in new markets like Australia, UK, and Europe.

He said Sharma's deep domain knowledge and understanding of the industry will help the company to scale revenue across key customers and geographies. 

Who is Saurabh Sharma?

With over 24 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, Saurabh is acknowledged among his peers for his commitment to leveraging technology for transformative change and enhancing the customer experience.

His professional journey includes senior roles in India, the United States, and Singapore. With a background in Electronics and communications Engineering, Saurabh holds an MBA in Management Systems from IIT Delhi, along with certifications, including the Six Sigma Green Belt, Trained Black Belt, Certified Internal Auditor, and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Sharma's previous leadership roles

Prior to joining ProHance, Saurabh held senior leadership positions at industry- leading companies, including GE, UBS, Cognizant, Dell, and Firstsource.

At Cognizant, he implemented ProHance globally to drive back-office productivity and cultural transformation for over three years.
