Rama Shankar Pandey joins Autoverse Mobility as its co-founder

Autoverse Mobility, a technology-driven distribution platform for garages and multibrand workshops, on Tuesday announced the appointment of Rama Shankar Pandey as co-founder and the launch of the Autoverse Parts Procurement Platform, a fully integrated digital tool designed to streamline the discovery, sourcing and delivery of genuine automotive parts.

The company said that its platform addresses one of the biggest growth barriers for independent workshops across India while expanding distribution opportunities for automakers and aftermarket component manufacturers.

As more vehicles move out of warranty, car owners increasingly rely on independent workshops, a fragmented sector with inconsistent quality and trust, Autoverse said.

The company aims to improve that landscape by building a seamless supply chain that connects OEM and OES manufacturers directly to garages. By ensuring availability of genuine parts, accurate fitment and faster, more transparent delivery, Autoverse said it seeks to raise trust and efficiency across India’s aftermarket service ecosystem.

Pandey brings more than two decades of experience across automotive, transportation and manufacturing, including leadership roles at Bosch, Tata Green Batteries and Hella India, where he served as managing director for more than 10 years.

He also served as Chairman of the Aftermarket Committee at the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), where he was instrumental in advancing policy and industry collaboration to strengthen India’s independent aftermarket ecosystem.

At Autoverse, Rama will focus on strengthening manufacturer relationships, expanding distribution infrastructure, and accelerating the company’s tech-driven aftermarket strategy.

“Autoverse is building something truly transformative; a transparent, tech-enabled supply chain that addresses one of the biggest challenges workshops face today: sourcing genuine parts reliably and quickly,” Pandey said.

“With the launch of our integrated Partner App and Web Platform, we are creating a future-ready ecosystem that delivers authenticity, speed, and operational efficiency. I’m excited to join Mihir, Shiv, and KK in this mission to empower independent workshops across India.”

The newly launched Autoverse Parts Procurement Platform connects workshops directly with manufacturers and their existing network of distributors and dealers, improving distribution efficiency and reducing sourcing delays.

Supported by a growing network of company-owned and partner warehouses, Autoverse offers high-demand parts delivery through a hybrid milk-run and express logistics model, enabling fulfilment within 45 minutes in its operating areas. The platform integrates catalog intelligence, real-time analytics and logistics coordination to serve as a one-stop ecosystem for independent workshops.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Rama to our founding team and equally excited to introduce the Autoverse Partner Platform to the market,” said Mihir Mohan, founder and CEO of Autoverse Mobility.

“Rama’s leadership experience and domain depth will play a crucial role as we scale our operations nationwide. With our new platform, we are strengthening our promise of timely access to genuine, high-quality parts - enabling garages to deliver safer and more dependable service to car owners.”
