Reliance Retail acquires Kelvinator, Isha Ambani says, 'Our mission has always been...'

Reliance Industries' retail unit, Reliance Retail, recently announced that it has acquired home appliance manufacturer Kelvinator to amplify its presence in India's fast-growing consumer durables sector. 

The Mumbai-based company said the acquisition strategically aligns with its vision of democratising aspirational living.
