New Update
 OYO, 2025

Shark Tank India judge Ritesh Agarwal-led hospitality giant OYO said that its business accelerator division added more than 3,500 new corporate clients in the financial year ending March 2025, registering a 20% year-on-year growth.

The expansion of its corporate portfolio signals a broader recovery in India's business travel segment, which had slowed considerably during the pandemic.

With this addition, OYO's total corporate client base has now surpassed 6,500 companies. The hospitality firm attributed the growth not just to large enterprises, but also to rising demand from small and medium enterprises (SMEs), traditional business houses, startups, travel management companies, and even film production houses.

Metro markets lead growth

Mumbai emerged as the strongest market for OYO's corporate division in FY25, accounting for over 700 new corporate additions. Hyderabad followed with 400 new clients, while Pune brought in 350. Other major metros such as Chennai and Bengaluru also contributed significantly to the surge in corporate accounts.

The uptick comes amid rising long-stay bookings and event-based stays, as companies resume in-person meetings and corporate events.

“The growth has been driven not just by large corporations but by a diverse mix of small and medium enterprises, traditional business houses, startups, travel-management companies, and even film-production houses,” said Manish Kashyap, Head – OYO Business Accelerator.

Some of the notable clients added in FY25 include SBI Life, Cult.fit, and Sun TV Direct, strengthening OYO's presence among large-scale and pan-India enterprises.

OYO's expanding corporate offering

The company said its business vertical serves corporate clients by offering seamless check-ins at over 1,100 company-serviced hotels in more than 300 cities. Services include tailored meal plans, meeting and conference facilities, event management support, and customised holiday packages for employees.

OYO's corporate travel segment is part of its broader strategy to expand into premium offerings, including its SUNDAY, Palette, Clubhouse Townhouse, Townhouse O, and Collection O brands.

According to the latest Business Travel Index from the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA), India has emerged as the fourth-largest business travel market in the Asia-Pacific region. The growth is being fuelled by the country's economic momentum, rising demand for face-to-face meetings, and the rapid expansion of SMEs that are increasingly fuelling regional travel.

Globally, OYO operates more than 170,000 hotel and home storefronts across 35 countries, with a portfolio that includes over 40 integrated products and solutions for its patrons.
