Sciative strengthens leadership with ESOP rollout for key team members, eyeing 5x growth over 4 years

Sciative Solutions, a pioneer in AI-driven dynamic pricing, has introduced an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for its leadership team.

With this initiative, the company aims to foster leadership accountability, drive efficiency, and accelerate its long-term expansion.

Seven individuals have been selected from a pool of 12 high-performing employees to form the Core Team. The team is tasked with spearheading key focus areas, including People & Culture, Product, Tech Excellence, Customer Success, and Growth & Marketing. With a structured roadmap for the next four years, the team is focused on shaping Sciative's future trajectory, the release notes.

ESOP structure and financial incentives

The selected team members will receive equity shares valued between Rs 30-60 lakh, with an expected fivefold growth over the next four years, potentially reaching crores in valuation.

The ESOP package includes a guaranteed 30% annual salary increment and a lump sum cash bonus of Rs 20 lakh in addition to their CTC.
