In a sector projected to reach $2.1 billion by 2030, discretion is central to customer trust. MyMuse said it is using Parth AI to automate delivery issue resolution, ensuring privacy while scaling operations.

“For us, a failed delivery isn’t just a logistical miss, it’s a moment where trust can be lost,” said Sharad Narayanan, Operations Lead, MyMuse. “Our customers expect a completely private and hassle-free experience, and we owe it to them. With Parth AI, those uncomfortable calls are now gone. Everything happens quietly, and we can finally scale without sacrificing sensitivity.”

Previously, MyMuse relied on a team member to call customers for address confirmations and rescheduling. But as order volumes increased, the approach became unsustainable and risked compromising privacy.

Parth now handles 100% of delivery exceptions automatically, acting as a digital teammate for the brand. The AI communicates in a calm, natural tone that mirrors human interaction, with most customers unaware they are speaking with an AI system. The tool also gathers feedback on more than 90% of interactions, helping MyMuse improve its processes.

“Parth was built to solve a very human problem in logistics, how to handle delivery glitches without eroding trust,” said Naman Vijay, Co-founder, ClickPost. “To help new categories thrive in India, brands need logistics that understand people, not just parcels. MyMuse understood that early on, and their use of Parth shows how the right tech can scale both trust and operations.”

Founded in 2021 by Sahil and Anushka Gupta, MyMuse is focused on making intimacy easy, approachable, and fun. The startup claims to have served over 375,000 customers across 1,000+ Indian cities and built a community of more than 100,000 followers across Instagram and other social media platforms.

MyMuse sells its products through its website, as well as on Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Nykaa, and other platforms.
