Indian fashion ecommerce marketplace Culture Circle reported a sharp jump in revenue in the financial year 2024–25 (FY25), marking its first full year of operations after launching in January 2024.

The Delhi NCR–based startup posted operating revenue of Rs 3.4 crore in FY25, a nearly 10X increase from Rs 31.4 Lakh in FY24. Including other income of Rs 45 Lakh, its total income for the year stood at Rs 3.8 crore. Culture Circle was incorporated in September 2023, making FY25 its first complete operating year.

The topline growth, however, was accompanied by a significant rise in expenses as the company scaled operations. Net loss widened to Rs 3.3 crore in FY25, compared with a loss of Rs 11.4 lakh in the previous year. Total expenses jumped to Rs 7.1 crore from Rs 50 lakh in FY24.

Employee benefit expenses rose sharply to Rs 1.8 crore from Rs 28.4 lakh, reflecting team expansion during the year. Advertising and promotional spending also increased substantially, with marketing expenses climbing to Rs 2.6 crore in FY25 from Rs 8.5 lakh a year earlier, as the startup invested in brand visibility and customer acquisition.
