Shark Tank India-featured men's fashion brand Snitch has announced a strategic partnership with ClickPost, a logistics intelligence platform that helps brands unify logistics workflows and automate post-purchase operations.

The Siddharth Dungarwal-led startup said the partnership will enable it to deliver seamless, fast, and flexible fulfilment experiences across online and offline channels.

“Companies are digitizing warehouses and streamlining last-mile processes to provide a seamless, customer-first fulfillment experience,” said Mahadevan Pillai, VP - Operations & Supply Chain at Snitch.

“The rise of omnichannel retail has further pushed us to integrate online and offline channels, ensuring we can serve shoppers wherever they are. With e-commerce growth, robust reverse logistics systems have also become critical for handling returns efficiently. Snitch, which recently raised about Rs 340 crore from multiple investors, including Manyavar CEO Ravi Modi, is planning to expand its omni-enabled outlets from the current 10 to 32 by early Q3.

Through its partnership with ClickPost, the fashion brand gains access to real-time visibility, courier performance monitoring, and return automation, key levers in delivering high-quality post-purchase experiences at scale.
