Mobile Premier League (MPL), a skill-gaming platform, has acquired CloudFeather Games, a Bengaluru-based developer of gaming infrastructure tools, for an undisclosed amount.

The strategic move strengthens MPL’s technological capabilities and market position within the fast-growing gaming ecosystem.

In June 2022, the startup raised $1.25 million in a Seed funding round from gaming and interactive media venture fund Lumikai.
