abCoffee’s rapid rise in India's coffee market

Founded in 2022 by entrepreneur Abhijeet Anand, abCoffee has already established itself as a disruptor in the coffee segment. The chain, known for its grab-and-go model and specialty coffee offerings, operates 77 small-format stores, primarily in Mumbai and Bengaluru.

In March 2024, the coffee chain raised $3.4 million in a Series A funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners. Tanglin Venture Partners, an existing investor, also participated. Notably, it plans to open 10,000 outlets across the country within the next decade.
