Netizens reaction

The post quickly went viral, amassing over 140,000 views and more than 2,000 likes, and drawing numerous comments.

While some questioned why she didn’t opt for Swiggy Genie or another online delivery service, Nandita explained that none were available at the time, leaving her with no choice but to rely on the Swiggy food delivery agent.

"Dunzo kar leti," a user wrote. Nandini replied, "Dunzo is not in Ranchi".

"That's very kind of him," another wrote.

"I once ordered a covid test kit from instamart and they added a free beer," a third wrote.

"Ye to kuch b nahi Mera delivery wala to Cigarette la deta tha," a fourth wrote.

However, amidst the accolades, concerns arose about the safety of the medicine used for treating cramps. Many cited a cautionary note from the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) dated December 2023, sharing links that highlighted potential risks associated with Meftal Spas.

Addressing these concerns, Nandita stated that she had followed her doctor's prescription and had no reason to worry.
