The company believes the UK’s strong digital innovation ecosystem offers significant potential for tackling the complex cyber challenges faced by businesses, government agencies and large enterprises.

The new subsidiary will promote TAC Security’s flagship product, Enterprise Security in One Framework (ESOF), which focuses on cyber scoring, risk quantification and advanced vulnerability management.

Insights from Davos

Speaking from Davos, Switzerland, at the World Economic Forum, TAC Security founder and CEO Trishneet Arora explained that establishing VULMAN Ltd is part of a broader strategy to address cybersecurity needs worldwide.

He said the UK and European markets are crucial for long-term growth, adding that a direct presence in the region will help TAC Security work more closely with governments and companies to counter emerging cyber threats.

Arora also highlighted the origin of the name “VULMAN,” a term he coined in 2019 inspired by superheroes like Superman and Batman. He said that each team member at TAC Security is considered a “#VulMan,” reflecting the belief that employees are the heroes who manage and resolve vulnerabilities for clients.

ESOF’s role in cyber defense

Central to TAC Security’s success is ESOF, the platform that offers cyber scoring, risk assessment and AI-powered vulnerability management.

It supports a wide range of organizations, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, by providing real-time insights that help identify and address cyber risks.

Through VULMAN Ltd, TAC Security aims to extend ESOF’s advanced capabilities to large enterprises in the UK, ensuring compliance standards are met while strengthening overall security measures.

Growth and recent achievements

TAC Security’s expansion into the UK follows a period of rapid growth and international investments. The company recently reported a 237.12% rise in Profit After Tax, reaching INR 65.03 million in the first half of FY25.

During the same period, TAC Security added more than 2,000 clients in 80 countries, including several Fortune 500 companies and government departments.

Its foray into the UAE market and the acquisition of a cybersecurity firm in New Mexico have further solidified its reach in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region and the United States.

Leadership plans and future goals

TAC Security plans to bring on experienced industry professionals to guide VULMAN Ltd, aiming to become the preferred cybersecurity partner for British and European organizations.

By FY26, the company hopes to onboard 10,000 clients globally, achieve a leadership position in vulnerability management in the UK and Europe, and continue expanding its product offerings to address emerging threats.

Arora believes that strengthening businesses against cyber risks is vital for sustaining digital innovation and ensuring that organizations across the globe can operate securely.
