The company said that each startup will receive up to $1 million in AWS credits, be matched with both business and technical mentors, and gain access to AWS’s generative AI tech stack to accelerate their growth.

The program also focuses on developing important business and technical acumen, including driving ML performance, stack optimization, and go-to-market strategies.

“Whether it’s in biotech labs, creative studios, or industrial applications, the pace of generative AI innovation is extraordinary, and it’s happening everywhere,” said Sherry Karamdashti, General Manager & Head of Startups in North America at AWS.

“This year’s cohort reinforces our mission to help that innovation move faster and deliver real-world impact for customers in every industry. We’re removing the barriers and accelerating opportunities so these leaders can grow their world-changing solutions.”

“The APJ region has emerged as a powerful hub for generative AI innovation, with the ten selected startups showcasing incredible diversity and technical excellence,” said Tiffany Bloomquist, Head of Startups, Asia Pacific & Japan at AWS.

“From language models that enhance communication and bridge cultures, to specialized AI transforming legal work, financial processes, and scientific discovery, and cutting-edge robotics and physical AI solutions, these founders are solving complex regional challenges with global implications. Through the AWS Generative AI Accelerator, we aim to provide the resources these startups need to scale, and connect them to a global ecosystem that will help turn their pioneering ideas into solutions that benefit customers across industries. I'm excited to see how these innovators will leverage AWS to push the boundaries of what's possible.”

The 2025 cohort reflects AWS’s commitment to global inclusion, with selected companies drawn from North America, Asia Pacific and Japan, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

The program will include industry-specific mentoring and support for foundation model companies, infrastructure providers, and AI tooling innovators.
