The acquisition, which was finalized on February 1, 2024, marks Thyrocare's entry into the home ECG service market to revolutionize how diagnostic services are delivered to patients across India.

The expansion will help the company deepen its involvement in the annual health check-up and pre-policy check-up markets, providing insurance partners with an expanded array of diagnostic services.

Nationwide expansion plans

Thyrocarem, which plans to scale these services to over 100 cities within the next year, looks to make healthcare more accessible, allowing more individuals to receive necessary medical services without leaving their homes.

Piyush Singh, Head of Partnerships at Thyrocare Technologies, said, "Think Health Diagnostics' great work in doing ECGs at home fits perfectly with our plans for the Pre-Policy Medical Check-Up market. We're looking to expand these services to more than 100 cities in the next year, making it easier for people to get the healthcare they need."

Combining Thyrocare's extensive network with Think Health's offerings

The development synergizes Thyrocare's extensive network of over 900 blood collection phlebotomists with Think Health's expertise in home healthcare technology and ECG services.

The collaboration will create a formidable network of over 100 phlebotomists trained to provide ECG services at home, enhancing service delivery and patient experience across 10 major cities, including Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, and Mumbai.
