Joshi brings over 27 years of extensive experience in human resources, business transformation, and coaching. He is a Certified Gallup Strengthsfinder Coach who has held significant roles in prestigious organizations.
Prior to joining Umwelt.AI, Joshi was the Head of Business Transformation at Bestseller India, where he optimized business processes and improved operational efficiency.
His career also includes a seven-year tenure as Head of HR Operations at Bestseller India and over a decade of leadership experience in eCommerce and IT/ITEs companies like Indiamart and InterGlobe Technologies.
