Uniphore, a global conversational AI provider for businesses, has named Tushar Shah as its Chief Product Officer (CPO).
With 30 years of experience in technology leadership, including roles in product management, operations, go-to-market strategies, and customer experience, Shah brings a valuable perspective to his new position. He will be part of Uniphore's executive leadership team and report directly to CEO Umesh Sachdev, the company said.
Shah has held various leadership positions throughout his career. Previously, he served as the president and CEO of Fintech at NationsBenefits, where he oversaw approximately $1 billion in expenditures.

Prior to that, he worked as the senior vice president at PayPal, responsible for leading product development, engineering, credit services, identity verification, risk management, compliance, customer service, and AI platforms. Shah also played a significant role in the separation of PayPal from eBay in 2015 and contributed to PayPal's remarkable market capitalization growth since then.
Additionally, he spent a decade as a technology senior executive at Bank of America, overseeing consumer banking, e-commerce, sales, services, and software engineering. Earlier in his career, Shah worked in IT for Teleglobe (Bell Canada) and held customer care positions at Broadslate Networks and WorldCom (Verizon).
