Mercer, a business under Marsh McLennan, has officially named Siddhartha Gupta as its India President. 

Gupta brings significant experience from his previous role as the Chief Executive Officer of Mercer Mettl, Mercer's international talent assessment arm.

What are Siddhartha Gupta’s new responsibilities?

In his new position, Gupta will report to Sanjay Kedia, CEO of Marsh McLennan India. He will also join the leadership teams for Marsh McLennan in India and Mercer in the India, Middle East, and Africa Region.

Gupta is expected to drive innovation and propel Mercer’s success in India, enhancing the company’s position as a trusted partner for organizations seeking to maximize their workforce potential.
