Vi Business partners with PayU to offer digital payment and productivity solutions to MSMEs

Vi Business, the enterprise arm of Vodafone Idea (Vi) and PayU, a leading digital financial services provider in India, recently announced a strategic partnership aimed at propelling India’s micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) into their digital journeys. 

The partnership is set to offer a comprehensive suite of digital payment solutions, addressing the evolving needs of MSMEs.

Offering a range of services

The partnership will offer Integrated Payment Solutions, which includes a seamless payment gateway that eliminates transaction charges for UPI and RuPay, while offering reduced rates for other payment methods like domestic debit and credit cards, and net banking.

Additionally, the WhatsApp Store Integration will allow businesses to provide a streamlined shopping experience directly within WhatsApp, simplifying the checkout process and boosting customer conversion rates.

Moreover, the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) option will enable MSMEs to receive immediate full payments at the time of purchase, while giving customers the flexibility to pay later under favorable terms.

There will also be Customized Offers at Checkout, where PayU's 'Offer Engine' will help MSMEs create and execute promotional campaigns that increase average transaction sizes and foster customer loyalty. 

Lastly, Vi Business is set to enhance MSME productivity and teamwork through exclusive offers on various tools, including Google Workspace, location tracking services, personal cloud storage, and mobile security solutions. These tools are designed to improve workforce productivity and collaboration, further empowering MSMEs in their business operations.

The collaboration aims to address the growing digital needs of MSMEs by providing them with bespoke digital payment solutions and productivity tools at special prices.

Vi Business's ReadyForNext program offers an array of productivity and collaboration tools, which include unlimited calling, 60GB data, and benefits valued at Rs 65,280 per year with the Business Plus Plan priced at Rs 349.
