Xiaomi India appoints Sandeep Singh Arora as Chief Business Officer

Xiaomi India has appointed Sandeep Singh Arora as its chief business officer, a move the company says will strengthen its leadership team and boost business development initiatives.

In this role, Arora will focus on driving revenue growth, forging new strategic partnerships, and expanding the brand’s market presence. With more than three decades of experience managing and growing consumer brands, he brings expertise in product marketing, category management, retail operations and brand strategy.

Sandeep Singh's experience

Arora most recently worked with Samsung India’s Consumer Electronics division, where he served as head of the online business unit and then head of marketing communications.

Prior to that, he held senior roles as vice president of marketing at Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. (The Times of India Group), category director and executive vice president of marketing at PepsiCo India, and leadership positions at Unilever. He holds a postgraduate diploma in business management and marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
