Xoriant acquires MapleLabs, expanding its Platform Engineering capabilities

Xoriant acquires MapleLabs

Xoriant, a software engineering and digital services company, recently announced the acquisition of MapleLabs Inc., a specialized product engineering firm based in Bengaluru

While the company didn't reveal the financial details of the deal, Xoriant said the acquisition is expected to bolster its capabilities in platform engineering, including product ideation, design, development, and maintenance of complex, cloud-native applications. 

Bringing over 300 skills consultants 

Founded in 2014, MapleLabs claims to have over 300 consultants serving Fortune 500 clients in the hi-tech industry and brings a strong focus on hybrid cloud infrastructure and cloud-native engineering, including Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and observability, leveraging its expertise in platforms and cutting-edge technologies, as per the company's statement.

The synergy between the two companies product engineering DNA is anticipated to deliver high-performance digital engineering solutions that meet the complex demands of global clients.

Enhanced offerings for Xoriant clients

The integration of MapleLabs into Xoriant introduces advanced intellectual properties (IPs) to Xoriant’s portfolio, including SnappyFlow, an observability platform, and various cloud/datacenter sizing tools.

These additions are aimed at optimizing cloud performance and enhancing the customer experience, thereby providing Xoriant's clients with a competitive edge in leveraging technology for business growth, it said.
