Zoho announces early access to CRM

Chennai-based SaaS firm Zoho Corporation has announced early access to Zoho CRM for Everyone.

The innovative set of capabilities is designed to democratize CRM, making it accessible to all teams involved in customer operations.

According to Sridhar Vembu, CEO and Co-founder of Zoho Corp, "Zoho CRM for Everyone is the first true democratisation of the CRM paradigm and helps unify all customer operations teams onto the CRM to deliver better customer experiences."

Improving team coordination

Zoho CRM for Everyone enables various customer-facing teams to communicate and coordinate from a single CRM application. This allows sales teams, account managers, marketers, and community specialists to collaborate seamlessly.

Teams can manage their own workflows within the corporate IT framework, improving visibility and reducing turnaround time. Key features include Team Modules and Requesters, which allow teams to create their own data modules and raise requests across teams.

Enhanced offerings

Zoho has also enhanced its offerings for professional developers with new services within Catalyst, its pro-code full-stack development platform.

The new features available under early access include Signals, a NoSQL Database, Slate, and a CI/CD Pipeline.

These tools help developers streamline their workflows, from concept to code and deployment to analytics. Catalyst integrates with the Zoho ecosystem and third-party applications, offering transparent and cost-effective pricing.

How does Zoho Apptics benefit application development?

Zoho Apptics, which is now generally available, provides a comprehensive application analytics solution. It enables developers to track in-app usage and performance across various platforms, including iOS, macOS, Android, and more.

Apptics offers a unique capability to prompt app ratings and updates directly from its console. Its focus is on data privacy and security. It consolidates analytics into a central console, providing actionable insights to optimize app experiences and drive user engagement.

Early access to Zoho CRM for Everyone is available upon request for Zoho customers worldwide. Catalyst offers a Free Tier that renews monthly, along with pay-as-you-go and subscription-based pricing. Apptics is globally available with a free plan and a pro plan starting at ₹3,720 per month when billed annually. Zoho, known for its commitment to privacy, does not rely on an ad-revenue model and ensures complete oversight of customer data through its own data centers.
