Zoho records 65% CAGR from mid-market, enterprise segment in India

The Indian SaaS giant, which generates billion in revenue, said that it now serves more than 90 million users across more than 600,000 global businesses of all sizes.

Indian SaaS giant Zoho said it has recorded a 65% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) from the mid-market and enterprise segments in the country, representing one-third of the entire business.

The company also said that it now serves more than 90 million users across more than 600,000 global businesses of all sizes.

"With our strong DNA as a technology platform company, we have been able to steadily improve our maturity and readiness for large organizations by investing in adjacent areas," said Sridhar Vembu, CEO of Zoho Corporation. 

Sridhar also said the company aims to be the most seamless enterprise software vendor in the market by focusing on extensibility, usability, packaging, and go-to-market solutions.

Segments driving the growth for Zoho in India from the mid-market and enterprise segments are banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI), manufacturing, retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), pharmaceuticals, and IT sectors. Its customers include MakeMyTrip, PUMA, Axis Finance, Paper Boat, Samsonite, Bigbasket, Tata Play Fiber, and BYJU'S among others.

The company recently launched OpenAI's ChatGPT and utilizing the power of Zia. According to the company, The integration bridges the gap between public, external information and intelligence with private, internal data, allowing organizations to drive insights and automate actions based on a full view of the market.
